Exquisite extra virgin olive oil from organic cultivation with natural vitamins and rich in anti-oxidants, a 100% natural olive oil of the variety "Koroneiki" originates from the Greek area of Peloponnese, specifically the region of Lakonia (Sparta), well-known for the excellent quality and distinct organic olive oil.
Our Olive Oil is a product of organic farming and it’s produced at the foot of Taygetos Mountain, an area that is lying along the Eurotas river‘s banks. This area has always been famous for the production of pure and exceptional olive oils.
"Genesis Organic" is created purely from organically grown olives and has a richness in color and taste that is pretty hard to beat.
The very old olive trees have been cultivated with love and respecting by organic farming methods, like it was done in the ancient times with traditional cultivating and hand-harvesting methods.The olives collection is done by hand using juta sacks so that the fruit won’t deteriorate.

We harvest the olives by hand and take them to the olive press where we oversee the entire process to ensure quality at every step.
The Organic Olive Oil is also "first cold pressed" by a temperature of 27 degrees Celsius, meaning that the olive oil came the first press of the olives.
The word "cold" is important because if heat is used, the olive oil’s chemistry is changed.
